The Partners, Caroline Flynn-MacLeod and Brig (Retd) Jon Brittain, between them have nearly one hundred years of experience in defence, aerospace and security.
They have seen it from every angle and have an intimate knowledge of government, politics, the military and business. The Partners combine their experience to provide clients with a fresh, honest and comprehensive perspective on a company’s strategy, campaigns and projects.
Caroline Flynn-MacLeod is a founding Partner of Terrington Management LLP. She is a public affairs practitioner and political campaigner with over thirty five years’ experience gained from working in multinational organisations, such as NATO, and businesses in South East Asia, Australia and Europe.
Brig. (Retd) Jon Brittain joined Terrington in January 2016 after 32 years of Service in a range of Army and Defence appointments. He has broad experience in the UK MOD in the fields of acquisition, support and technology, and was the sponsor for equipment ranging from helicopters, amphibious shipping, strategic and tactical airlift, logistic vehicles, deployable infrastructure and support shipping.
